Food, Culture and Society in India: An Interview with Kiranmayi Bhushi

We (Deepali Aparajita Dungdung and Rituparna Patgiri) interviewed Dr. Kiranmayi Bhushi who teaches Sociology at the Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is also the author of the book Farm to Fingers: The Culture and Politics of Food in Contemporary India. She spoke to us about the different facets and social meanings of food in Indian society.
