Conducted a soft skills training session on people management and leadership at Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd.
We had a lot of fun activities and some healthy discussions with the whole team.
Sometimes, it can be hard to engage a large team of professionals and it takes constant emphasis and continuous, engaging prompts to keep the training room alive.
