Members of the Indian diaspora in Austria were elated as they met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his one-day state visit to Austria. They congratulated PM Modi for his third term as Prime Minister and called his charisma ‘unbelievable’. After meeting and interacting with PM Modi, a member of the Indian diaspora said, “Vincy made a beautiful painting for the Prime Minister. When he came he saw the painting and asked what she had made. Then Vincy explained that she had made a painting to congratulate him on his third consecutive win…PM asked her why she had not written her name on it, he asked her to write her name on the painting and then he would write a letter to her…The PM also interacted with us in Gujarati…” A little girl who gifted a painting to PM Modi says, “I gave my painting to him, he asked me why I have not written my name on it, he would have written a letter to me…” Another member of the Indian diaspora said, “We met PM Modi and we congratulated him for his third term as PM of India. His charisma is unbelievable. We are very happy that we got a chance to meet him…” After meeting & interacting with PM Modi, another little member of the Indian diaspora says, “He asked my name and in which standard I study. I am happy to meet him…” This will be the first visit to the nation by an Indian Prime Minister in 40 years. PM Modi will talk substantially with the Austrian leadership and Chancellor Karl Nehammer. He will also meet President Alexander Van der Bellen and interact with Austrian CEOs and Indian business delegation. PM Modi will also address the Indian community in the last leg of his visit to Austria.
