Dr.Brian Leonard Williams Ph.D is a human resource and organization development practitioner and corporate trainer since 1998.His grand parents and his uncles from his fathers side still reside in England.His grandparents from his mothers side were part of the pioneering team that established and organized the Indian railways system.A facilitator and consultant in corporate protocol and Image/perception management for over 15 years in Nepal.He is married to Reshma Hingmang Williams and has four sons and one daughter.Mr.Williams has functioned at supervisory and executive levels in the private industry,the corporate sector and the international arena.His experience has been primarily with companies,charities and organizations.Where there has been a need for the evolving needs of management restructuring and leadership change.His clients include Tata(Sipradi in Nepal)ITC(Surya Nepal) and Himalayan Distilleries,who are the biggest tax payers in Nepal.
