India vs Nepal Border Dispute | Explained by Dhruv Rathee

Few days ago, Nepal published a new political map of their country that includes a small stretch of land controlled by India. It is approximately 300 square kilometers of land located between Limpiyadhura, Lipulekh and Kalapani which Nepal believes to be a part of its own country. In this video, I take you through the history of this land, how borders were divided between India and Nepal through the Sugauli Treaty and how this dispute has arisen. I also explain role of China’s influence in this geopolitics.
