Kaushik has 14 years of B2B Sales experience with IT behemoths in India & Dubai after passing out of MDI Gurgaon.
In 2017, he went on to found & successfully exit “GadgetsKare” with a 15-franchise network, before co-founding “The Nail Garage” with his wife. He then realized the power of distribution & started his leadership-focused podcast “Brain Box” in Sept ’21. It was voted 9th pan-India by Spotify in 2022 & grew massively with 93% of new listeners joining in 2023.
He has led viral marketing campaigns (5 Mn+ views on FB, IG & YT) and has been voted Top Voice on LinkedIn multiple times. He also has 1 Mn+ views on Quora as well. He now runs his media consulting agency.
